Even dadbod warmups will make you better. Plus warming up the engine before you put the pedal to the metal helps ensure that your going to stay safe.
5 WORKOUTS A WEEK
30, 60, and 90 minute versions help you prioritize your day and only devote the amount of time you have that day for training.
MINIMAL EQUIPMENT OPTIONS
Cant get to the gym? Exercise alternatives will be provided on a regular basis to help you get in what you can from your hotel room or home gym.

Dad Bod Webinar

For Dad Bod members, Ben Alderman, Athlete, entrepruenuer, husband, and father hosts a monthly seminar to give advice on practical nutrition, workout tips, and injury prevention.

Your Dad Bod membership also gives you access to our members only blog.

MEET THE FOUNDER
BEN ALDERMAN


Ben Alderman is the founder of Dadbod Athletics. He is a trained CrossFit Coach who owns and operates three gyms in the Sacramento Area. Alderman has spent over half a decade as one of the top 10 fittest men in the state of California and participated in the CrossFit Games California Regional each of the past six years.
